Founders stay in fully furnished condos at StayHW, a modern building at 1751 N Las Palmas Ave in the heart of Hollywood.
2BR condos
Floors 2–4. Shared and private rooms for Bronze and Silver, and entire units for Gold teams.
4BR penthouses
Two-story penthouses on floors 5–6 for Platinum teams of up to 4.
Walk of Fame
Half a block from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Restaurants, cafés, and the city right outside.
Built for focus
Fast Wi-Fi, workspace, daily breakfast, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM so everyone gets real rest.

Questions, answered
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The program is designed for first-time and non-technical founders. You'll learn to use AI tools and agents to build and launch, and coaching helps when you get stuck.
Is housing required?
No. Housing is optional: stay with us or stay wherever you like; the price is the same. Every package includes housing, and if you stay elsewhere, breakfast, workspace, and all program perks stay included.
Can I do a custom length or setup?
Yes. The 3, 7, and 30-day programs are starting points. We can build a custom package with a different number of days, a different housing setup, or no housing, and send you an invoice with a secure payment link.
Can I bring my cofounder or team?
Yes. Gold covers you and one cofounder in a private 2BR. Platinum covers a team of up to 4 in a two-story penthouse. Bronze and Silver are priced per founder.
What's included at breakfast?
Every package includes the continental breakfast the building serves each morning.
Do you guarantee investor meetings or funding?
No one can guarantee funding. Gold and Platinum include curated warm intros, and investors are invited to Demo Day. The goal is to get you ready to have great conversations with investors.
Are there house rules?
Yes. It's a residential building, so there are quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, no parties or unregistered visitors, and guests register with photo ID. Demo Days and dinners are held in approved spaces.
How do I pay?
After you apply and we confirm your program and dates, we'll send you an invoice with a secure online payment link. You choose one of two options:
- Reserve with a $50 deposit. The $50 holds your spot, and the rest is due on the day you arrive.
- Pay in full upfront and save 10%. Prepaid bookings are non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our secure invoice link accepts major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. If you need another way to pay, just ask.
When does the next cohort start?
There are no fixed cohort dates. Founders start and leave on a rolling basis, so you pick your arrival date and how long you stay. Your "cohort" is simply whoever is in the house at the same time.
Can I change my dates?
Yes. Dates are flexible. Let us know and we'll work with you to move your program to dates that suit you.
